Linkat Project - 10 years of deploying Open Source in schools.

Linkat is an educational project of the Generalitat Catalunya whose objective is the introduction of the new TIC based on opensource software. While the main focus is on the Catalan education system, Linkat project has steadily grown, building a strong and solid community.

This year, the Linkat Project celebrates it's 10th anniversary and also the 8th release version. In this speech we want to walk the path of the Linkat project, Its past, starting with SUSE, its present focused on the Ubuntu's LTS version and of course its near future.

The presentation will be held by Pablo Vigo and Tomàs Sánchez, longstanding developers of the project.
