El Dr. Witold Pedrycz es Fellow del IEEE “For the development of methodology, algorithms, and applications of fuzzy and neurofuzzy modeling and fuzzy control”.

El Dr. Pedrycz abordará los siguientes temas:

Current status, science and perspective in the fields of interest below

• Software Engineering (unsupervised learning for software metrics, QA, reusability)

• System modeling and knowledge discovery (controllers robustness, model-based design of controllers, hybrid and hierarchical control or decision-making structures, fast dedicated HW architectures of fuzzy neural networks in ATM networks)

• Reconfigurable and evolvable architectures (evolutionary optimization and its usage in evolvable hardware environment with FPGAs and FPGAAs)

• Pattern recognition (clustering and partially supervised pattern classification)
