I have a question.  Have you guys presented your
project to the Linux meetup?  It would be interesting
to participate in one, since it is lead by a
programmer and has other programmer participants.  The
promulgation of the technology is important.  Making a
presentation of OpenAFS' capabilities and potentiality
in many different environment could be very
beneficial.  Maybe showing how it would be beneficial
a SAN environment if possible might be interesting.
