The Cisco Table is not available until 2014. Sorry. I meant? Cisco Tablet. :D

Carlos – I’ll await your review and feedback. Been thinking about it myself. Get back to us on this with your findings.

If all goes well, I may find myself venturing into an android project of my own – with a team of course. I think it was Ross or Mellinger who created an invitation.

I say this because Cisco recently announced a cool table of their own – functionality looks solid and it runs Android.

Have a look: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps11156/index.html

Eddie,

After doing some research, I'm just going to get the Nexus One and give it a shot. I was out of the Android market for a little bit and wasn't sure if something better was released in the GSM world recently.

Thanks for the responses!

Since you need a GSM phone (so that it runs on T-Mobile) right now, you're better off sticking with the Nexus One. Its screen not being visible in sunlight can be mollified by a polarizing screen cover from ZAGG (Invisible Shield) or something like that. I'm in the camp that says that CDMA phones are an aberration so I will not buy one (I need to be able to work with my handset worldwide without much problem) so that rules out any Android phone on Verizon or Sprint. I also am in the camp that a phone's primary function is to successfully make and receive phone calls, so that rules out any phone on the AT&T network :)
