Improving Windows is a great idea.  Silly marketing doesn't help.  A
more useful campaign might be to convince XP users to upgrade to Win7,
or for IE6 users to upgrade to IE8.

IE6 is still the most popular browser in the world!

Also, consider where will Microsoft make more money?  Convincing every
Mac user to switch to Win7 or convincing every XP user to buy Win7?
