Dear y'all,

Chances are you've heard me rave about my awesome new spot in Park Slope, tucked between 4th and 3rd Ave on 10th St. It comes equipped with:
  • Three bedrooms
  • Two bathrooms
  • One large kitchen with a gas stove, dishwasher, etc.
  • A backyard for your enjoyment
  • A parking spot, should you need it
  • A distinctly comfortable atmosphere
This is all skipping distance from Prospect Park and several of the best restaurants, bars, hangout spots, museums and libraries in the city. Public transportation options are visible from my window. Also, it's thoroughly affordable--if I can live here on a rental teacher's salary, you should be fine.

The biggest room is 11x14, with a large closet and three windows facing south. It currently hosts our fearless leader, Timothy J. Hanna. Word of Tim's charms have apparently gotten out, seeing as how a lovely young lady has been frequenting our place with her eye on him. Now it's official--he'll be moving in with her at the end of the month.

So...

Who wants to move in by January 1? You will get a fantastic home with two active, amiable roommates (both named Ben, but distinguished by last names and adjectives) whom I'm sure we can dig up character witnesses for. Utilities (including heat, electricity and internet) run between $80-$100 a month. This hasn't gone up on Craigslist, tweetbook or any of that nonsense just yet, so get back to me as soon as possible and forward this to anyone you know who may be interested. Give me a shout if you want to swing by or need more details!

Everybody needs a home,
Ben
