With all weather forecasts pointing to rain on Labor Day, we are making plans. Assuming the rain comes, we will join our Sponsor organization (BNN) for a Labor Day Indoor Exercise and Barbecue outing. BNN has arranged for us to meet at Bally's on Cobb Pkwy.in Smyrna to work out and then afterwards, we'll go less than 1/4 mile down the street to eat barbecue at Thompson Brothers Barbecue.

Bally's Total Gym and Fitness Center is a full service Fitness Center featuring an Indoor Swimming Pool, Whirlpool, Sauna, and Track!  Bally's also has a extensive array of aerobics and strength training equipment spread out on 3 levels, along with shower and change facilities. You can get a Free Guest Pass if you take part in a tour and sales pitch, or skip the tour and sales pitch, and get a One Day $10.00 Guest Pass!. It's a great way to get a good exercise in with friends on Labor Day! Meet us there at 11:00 .a.m. and let's Just Do It!
