Node.js Hosting Recommendations? Using MySQL

Hey NodeMN'rs,

What web hosts would you recommend for Node + MySQL? I was thinking of using Cloud Foundry. But I know there's heroku and nodejitsu, and etc. 

The other option was setting up a server on digital ocean or something but I'm not sure I want to manage everything manually.
