Re: [web-209] How to prevent emails from being marked as 'junk' by outlook

Outlook looks at the message to decide. The trick is to phrase your message such that Outlook's junk mail filters don't nab your email. Two links for your reference:

ok,
so we signed-up with dydns (thanks for all who suggested!) and that helps, but:
1. When a user signs-up on our website, the 'thank you' email goes through without any issues. This email contains only text, no links, images etc
2. When we approve the user for our private beta, an email goes out with a LINK to the first time log-in page. For some of our design partners who are using outlook & exchange this email is being put in the 'junk' folder in outlook..

I know this is basic stuff...what's the workaround for this?

Thanks,
Tsahy.
