Re: [javascript-17] Leveraging the JavaScript Meetup Mailing List

All great topics.  I am adding these and the others to the list of presentation topics.  I will be in contact with each of you who have proposed topics for a future meetup.

On another topic can anyone suggest a server side storage system for JSON centric data?  I am looking for something that would allow me to easily write, read, lookup JSON centric data similar to the Amazon SimpleDB product.

Hello all,

I do a lot of work/play with Javascript/Prototype/jQuery.

I use stackoverflow for javascript questions sometimes. It's where I
go when I am out of luck on Google and couldn't figure it out on my
own.

> 2. How many of you listen to the JQuery podcast? Comments?
Didn't know about it. Thanks for introducing it to me and I'll take a
listen to the first episode.

> 3. How many of you have looked into the Google Closure Compiler? Comments?
Nope.

I've been recently been playing around with the idea of web
development with a Javascript-only stack because I figured since I am
already doing lots of it on the browser, and already using it with
couchdb as the datastore, why not use it on the server-side as well?
I've been playing around with jack/narwhal so far in a prototype. I
could certainly talk about different aspects of that.
