Clarification: A Day in the Wine Country

I should have been clearer why I scheduled the outing on a Friday. Of course most people would normally be working on the that day. But the Seguin Moreau Cooperage and the amazing Napa Ridge facility are only open during the week and I would like to include them. Virtually everyone can and does take a day off from work from time to time; you have to decide whether you want to make this a three day weekend.
