How to decide when to end a long-term relationship...

"In a long-term relationship when you are not moving forward, you are slowly moving backward"

Dear friends,

Empowering yourself isn't a selfish act. When you hold your relationships to the standard of empowerment, you grow stronger, and in doing so your strength flows out to the people around you as well.

Conversely, when you find yourself spending more time fighting resistance instead of sharing love, you're better off letting go. There's no honor in remaining loyal to someone who disempowers you, as what happens when you weaken yourself like that, is that you do the same to the people around you as well, dragging everyone else down with you (weather you are aware of it or not).

So don't force yourself and others to suffer from a misguided sense of loyalty. If you're a very loyal person, then give your commitment to those who actually deserve it, instead of blindly yield it to those who claim it as their birthright.

In the end the best thing you can do to empower others is to empower yourself, as you'll do a lot more good for others when you keep yourself strong.

Weakening yourself helps no one; empowering yourself effect anybody else around you...

(Chose your relationships accordingly...)

Ps:

If this ideas triggers something in you, you should probably join us, because this is what the evening with Emma is going to be about. Empowerment through relationships (for all involved). Because a relationship which is not based on that, will never work; one that is based on that, will work forever...
