Dear 12mins Rockers,

it´s our utmost pleasure to unveil the speakers for our next 12min.me expat event on the 12th of April at mantro.

The event will be held in English. All other procedures are expected to stay unaltered thus you can expect inspiring 12mins talks, 12 mins of striking questions and 12mins of networking, drinking and meeting cool people.

Adam Sweeny

Adam is from Philadelphia in the United States and has been residing in Munich since 2012. He began studying independently in the area of metaphysics in 2009 as a part of his curiosity of the universe we live in and to know how it works, as well as a means of personal growth. Metaphysics can encompass many areas including spirituality, psychology, and the nature of reality. Adam has applied metaphysical concepts in his personal life to several areas including songwriting and transforming belief systems and has shared concepts through his own personal discovery to others in live lectures, online courses, and personal coaching.

His topic: Understanding the Inner Void

He intends to:

Bring clarity to what inner voids are, how they are created and how they perpetuate themselves.
Explain how beliefs and definitions which create inner voids can be identified and changed.
Teach each how to use the present moment to step out of the void to experience connection with ones self.

Markus von der Lühe

Entrepreneur and author. Lived and worked in Sydney and the Silicon Valley, experienced in Startups, Agencies and Consulting. Media Executive with many years of experience in global Business Development, lean Startup and building strong communities. Paragliding and Yoga Addict.
Favorite Author: Viktor Frankl. Passion: building communities and disrupting minds.

His topic: When the Going gets tough - an honest look at entrepreneurship

Thomas Escher

Thomas is the Co-Founder of “whytes” and holds the position of Strategy Director at “Brand Story Architects”. In his previous life, he’d been working as a Marketing Consultant in New York, every now and again reporting on big apple business trends for Spiegel Online and Zeit Online.

His topic: Entrepreneurs are Curators
Thriving entrepreneurs curate customer problems and translate them into desirable products. They are making things pople want - rather than making people want things.
