Damir Abdic (IT Project Leader)
Damir is convinced that there is only one way to cope with the digital disruption - which is to BE a part of it. Driven by this belief he helps companies to define their digital strategy and to build an agile organisation that executes fast. As coach Damir inspires executives to embrace the agile mindset and empowers teams to do right things right.
His topic:
"We are Heavy Metal! - a small story of Agile Transition in hardware teams."
He intends to:
"Dear Damir, what you are doing there - that is Software. We are different. We are more something like Heavy Metal!" - that's how our conversation started. What I liked from the beginning is with how much affection my very first "hardware customer" talked about his products. And it was really Heavy Metal - a lot of hardware, but also a lot of software... I would like to share this story of agile transition in hardware teams, along with my learnings from the projects of the last three years using Scrum in robotics, household appliances and mechanical and plant engineering.

Started my entrepreneurial career with 14. Helped to scale one unicorn. Most fun venture so far: Caviar and Champagne wholesale.
Most fulfilling legacy venture: The Founders Fight Club. Humbled to work with the most outstanding founders of the 1200 - 1800 startups we meet every year.
Professionally thrilled by teaching entrepreneurship to established companies and connecting startups with corporates for business. Always learning, ever so curious.
