#workhacks

This time, Lydia Schültken (http://www.lydia-schueltken.de) will talk on #workhacks:

We have thought about change in organizations for years. How can teams work better together? How can people get the 3 basic motivational aspects: Autonomy, Mastery and Purpose in their jobs? And how can we effectively influence that with little chunks which do not overburden?

To find the answer we went to dozens of great teams and looked what they did and do different than others. That's how we created #workhacks.

We are happy to present the #workhacks approach and will bring some nice examples.
