Code Review is a process where one or more people review the code of another developer. The goals can be to improve overall code quality and/or find flaws or potential bugs or knowledge transfer to fellow developers.

When done right, a Code Review can be a fun and rewarding activity for all participants. This talk will explain what code review is, how it can or should be done and why it can be useful. We will also learn about tools and techniqes.
