We invite you to a session of transformative dance, meditation and Reiki to welcome the SPRING SEASON with intention.
Our bodies hold a lot of information and transformative dance is a way to invite authentic expression into your movement and by this connect to the wisdom of your body as well as the ones around you. The session will also include a guided meditation and some Reiki to start this new circle with a centered & balanced state of mind.
Come exactly as you are.
Bring comfy clothes and a water bottle.
Doors will open 15 min prior to to the session.
THE SESSION IS AN OPEN AND SAFE SPACE FOR ALL BEINGS.<3
