👋 Google Summer of Code (GSoC) is an annual program that offers students the opportunity to work on open-source projects with experienced mentors. Jina AI is proud to be a participating organization, and we're looking for talented contributors to join our team!
🚀 Jina AI is the most advanced MLOps platform for Multimodal AI from the community, for everyone, that empowers businesses and developers to create cutting-edge neural search, generative AI, and multimodal services using state-of-the-art LMOps, MLOps, and cloud-native technologies.
🙋 Join us for a GSoC x Jina AI webinar on March 23rd, Our mentors will provide an in-depth overview of their projects and answer any questions you have about the project requirements, and expectations. So please don't hesitate to ask any questions or seek clarification on any aspect of the project.
💡 Our project ideas
- Build Executor (model) UI in Jina
- DocArray wrap ANN libraries
- Research about deploying LLM with Jina
- Expand ANNLite capabilities with BM25 to build Hybrid Search
- Make ANNLite the go-to Vector Search library to be scaled by Jina using the StatefulExecutor feature
- JAX support in DocArray v2
