User Experience and the Future of Mobility

Details

Personal mobility is changing: car/bike/scooter/helicopter sharing services are booming; classic transport providers are made extinct by innovative technology pioneers; and autonomous vehicles are at the verge of becoming mainstream reality.

What will this future look like? How will we get to places? Will there still be cars and how will we experience them? Or will our transportation needs be fulfilled in radically new ways? And what does this mean for our lives...

At the next Usability Meetup, we will bring together innovators and unconventional thinkers to share their vision of the future of mobility and what the car of the future, as a symbol of personal mobility, will be like. In the spirit of the usability meetup, we will focus on the enabling technology of today but on the user experience of tomorrow.

Agenda:
Will personal driving go extinct? - Dr. Jonathan Diehl
Connected Mobility - Dr. Heinrich Lücken (P3 group)
Convenient Mobility - Michael Minis (MOQO)
Sharing Independency - Changing paradigms for future mobility concepts - Juliana Brell & Casimir Ortlieb (e.GO Digital)
Operating the Future of Mobility - Dr. Claus Dohmen (IVU)
Ubiquitous Intermodal Mobility Assistance - Christian Samsel (Valtech Mobility GmbH)

Thanks to our generous sponsor, P3 Group, we will host this event at an exciting new location: the Veventis LOFT. There will be free drinks and food, and as always a great atmosphere to network with like-minded people from the Aachen area. Sign up now via this website - seats are limited.
