Agile DUS

Agile DUS is a community for practitioners, leaders and technologists exploring agile ways of working and how they evolve as AI agents become more and more active participants in software delivery teams.
We investigate the intersection of agile principles and agentic software development, keeping the human in the center of our focus. Our talks and discussion cover:

• Agentic development practices: How agents reshape testing, code generation, design, architecture, and delivery workflows
• Ways of working: Team structures, governance, and decision-making when humans and agents collaborate
• Skills and capability: What developers, architects and leaders need
• Human interfaces: Trust, control, quality gates and the practices that keep humans in or on the loop
• Agile fundamentals: How principles like iterative delivery, feedback, and continuous improvement apply in agentic contexts
