As a sequel to our scaling events, Peter Götz will be sharing his experience and thoughts on Nexus.
"The Scrum Guide describes Scrum for a Development Team of roughly 3 to 9 members. Many organisations would like to get more work done and scale their Scrum to more than one of these teams. This leads to some challenges and problems. This talk will give an introduction into the Nexus Framework: a framework that describes how to work on a product with more than one team while still having the self-organisation and bottom-up intelligence that Scrum provides."

"Peter is a trainer and coach from Munich. He started as a software developer in 2001, became an IT consultant in 2006 and Professional Scrum Trainer in 2012. He supports teams adopting Scrum since 2008."
