Abstract: AI transformation often stalls because organizations lack a clear starting point, waste time on repetitive consulting cycles, and struggle to capture the real work happening across departments. This talk introduces a practical, pain-killing framework for AI use-case management powered by AI Agents. Starting with measurable KPIs and transformation goals, employees can submit tasks, jobs, or process descriptions in multiple formats, while a knowledge-driven AI agent—equipped with an understanding of internal processes, policies, regulations, and the technical landscape—analyzes the input and generates implementable AI use cases. Management becomes involved only for review, scoring, and prioritization, enabling a bottom-up approach that surfaces high-value opportunities directly from domain experts. By embedding organizational context and reducing dependence on lengthy consulting engagements, this method accelerates AI transformation with clarity, speed, and actionable results.
