CoMem: AI to assist Daily Work in Companies

Companies face evolved infrastructures consisting of legacy systems & data silos which are hurdles for digitalization & application of AI. Their information and knowledge workers have to cope with the resulting challenges in their daily work. This talk gives insights to our approach of corporate memories based on semantic technologies (such as ontologies & knowledge graphs) to unlock data silos and embedding support into the daily work.

Heiko Maus will present recent research and details the practical application of DFKI's corporate memory infrastructure CoMem at an German energy provider and its success stories in productive use.
