Cafe-Balance was created by Pilates instructor/dancer & nutritionist Anna Donkin as a space for us women to connect with our bodies, be encouraged, motivated & rediscover a love for movement & health.

Apart from her private nutrition consultations & working one on one with clients, Anna enjoys bringing an awareness of health & balance to the community.
