Worum es bei uns geht

New Left Initiative #Standup. Possible Central Demands and Strategies.

Global refugee crisis and its causes such as Regime Change Policy, interventionist wars, sanctions, neo-colonial trade agreements. Possibilities of support and solidarity for alternatives such as the concept of the multipolar world order or the project of the New Silk Road and a sustainable development policy.

Reconciliation towards Russia and China as an alternative to aggressive NATO policy. Concepts for the conversion of the German arms industry and stopping arms exports. Strategies against environmental destruction. Alternative energy concepts, electromobility. Sustainable strategies against homelessness, and poverty in Germany and also in other EU countries by financial support, especially against the backdrop of the refugee crisis. Opportunities for international networking with progressive political movements worldwide. Possibilities of networking with critical media networks in Germany. Discussion about possible networking and increased exchange with Russian media such as Sputniknews and RTDeutsch.

Peace With Russia - MIR Jam - #Soundstrike #NoWarArt #WorldBeyondWar

EVERY FRIDAY NIGHT - FROM 9 PM #NoWarArt open mic nights from 21:00: All styles welcome - music, visual arts, authors, poetry, and more. Come share your art - or just come in support to listen and chat over drinks. As artists, cultural workers, and creators, we demand the international recognition of the principle of non-interference in the internal affairs of other countries and the observance of human rights. We stand in solidarity to resist artistically against war, militarism, violence, racism, and inequality. Our solidarity is with all affected people in the eastern Ukraine, Syria, Iraq, Iran, Venezuela, Cuba, Ecuador, Bolivia and other countries, who have to suffer military force, interferences like coloured revolutions, destabilization or sanctions. 100 years ago, 15 million people lost their lives in WW1. In WW2 over 60 million people alone nearly 30 million citizens of the former Soviet Union were killed. The two World Wars and historical catastrophes like the Nazi Holocaust as a final consequence of nationalism, racism and warmongering must remain always present. In Berlin, where people from over 150 countries live, we as artists and cultural workers have a special responsibility, to resist together, artistically for a peaceful future. We ask artists and personalities to participate as supporters, in exhibitions, concerts, interviews, lectures and other cultural events against racism and war. We are active within the movements of Sound Strike, WorldBeyondWar, and #Aufstehen (get up / stand up) Over 2,000 artists and cultural workers, other individuals and organizations support the call of UnruheStiften.de against the right, against the shifting effects of the crisis and for redistribution from top to bottom, against the war policy of the german government - and for the promotion of cultural diversity. All styles and supporters welcome, music, visual arts, authors, poetry, graffiti - cultural sites, clubs, bars, cafes, galleries, social networks please use the hashtag #aufstehen #NoWarArt #worldbeyondwar Contact: Coop Anti-War Cafe Berlin email @ hbuecker.net coopcafeberlin.de
