Drupal Localization Sprint

The German translation of Drupal Core is still very uncomplete, currently only 60,47% of all strings are translated. This needs to be changed!

We want to organize a few sprints where we meet and contribute to Drupal's localization.

The first one will happen on Sept 7th.
