Lean Coffee - how does that work?

1. Kanban board
2. Participants put topics
3. Vote
4. Start discussing the topic with the highest number of votes
5. Timebox -> vote if discussion should continue or next topic
   go back to #4 and repeat

Lean Coffee Session 11.11. in detail:

1. Join Zoom and our Trello Board at 18:30

2. Everybody add new cards to the "Discussion topics" list (5min)
3. Vote for individual topics (each person gets a fixed number of votes, based on the number of topics) (max 5min)
4. We sort the topics list by votes and move the top card to "Discussing"
5. Discuss the card, starting with its creator setting the context (5min)

There’s a timer: when it goes off, everybody can vote to keep discussing the same topic or move on.
Based on the vote, the card may be moved to the “Done” list, and a new one put in its place

6. Go back to #4, rinse and repeat

The Drupal Austria Meetup is dedicated to people interested in the Content Management System Drupal. We welcome everybody from beginners to Drupal ninjas and would be happy to see you present a recent project of yours or talk about any other Drupal-related topic. And of course we have to celebrate!
