Without drugs or alcohol express yourself. Sweat your prayers on the dance floor. Let it out and connect with yourself and with others in a fresh new way. Breathe deeply and ground your attention inwards. The invitation for this evening is to begin to quiet the mind and enter into your body temple, befriending all that you may find.

Ecstatic Dance/ Movement Meditation is an opportunity to find freedom in our own ability to feel and move with all that is and with everything that arises in our body, heart and mind! This practice encourages moving with a grounded body, focus, abandon, grace and ease.
There is no experience necessary, just a willingness to move and be moved!
Classes are facilitated by Seth Newman. Seth is the creator of the Ecstatic Dance Temple project (www.ecstaticdancetemple.com), Bioenergetics practitioner, certified Trance Dance teacher and is the pioneer of Ecstatic Dance events in the UK, with his band the Urubu Collective. He brings a wealth of experience holding heart centred spaces.
