Being led and leading always consist of at least one counterside. The more people are involved, the more likely there will be conflicts. Do you remember the last conflict in your team? We are all more or less familiar with tricky situations and challenges in the communication with others. When was the last time your team or one team member did not meet the set goals & deadlines? How did you handle it? Leadership skills require outstanding soft skills & communication skills are essential. In this intense workshop, you will learn... - what it takes to communicate effectively as a leader. - how you transform conflicts into opportunities. - how you engage members into your leadership team. Let's get personal about you and your leadership communication - in both directions! About Dirk Brückner: Dirk Brückner has been a member of Toastmasters for 10 years. Challenged with the role of the "Vice President Education" shortly after he joined, he happily followed up with 9 years of Toastmaster leadership roles. Competing and taking on challenges led him to various European contests & his DTM recognition. Self-employed since 2003, Dirk coaches and trains individuals, teams & corporations in communication, leadership and public speaking skills. He also moderates events and workshops. Toastmasters is one of his passions. Other passions are golf, Bonsai trees, silence and homegrown food.
