We practice Yoga Asana out on the sand
with Dogs running around
(they're our Best Friends)
to Master Peace in All Conditions
& Connect to the EARTH to which we Listen.

We utilize Mantras and Affirmations,
Activate our Chakras with Intentions
Awaken our Auras of Golden Light
and fill with Creator LOVE inside!

Also remember WATER and SUNSCREEN!

Melissa teaches a mellow, yet challenging Hatha Flow for All Levels on the beach.

Hatha uses postures (asana) and conscious breathing (Pranayama) in combination with mental focus to develop mindful awareness, strength and flexibility in your practice and your life. Hatha conditions your body and mind to relax even when in challenging situations.

Bring a blanket or a yoga mat, and drink plenty of water before and after class.
