Key details:

1. Sat, Aug 9th, Haverhill MA: HC Media facility--we have the run of the place! Parking is behind the building, not along the street.
2. "All day" playtesting in multi-hour blocks--join for as long as you wish
3. Dinner and annual GMG Meeting: Help us understand what you want out of the GMG. And a dinner!
4. No cost* (*GMG plans to subsidize)
5. Anyone is welcome, including your favorite play testers. Any minors will need an adult while they're there.
6. Food plan:
   - Snacks: We'll provide water, Gatorade, seltzers and salty snacks. Bring your favorite caffeinated beverages. No alcohol permitted.
   - Lunch: Informal, on your own. We'll have a list of local delivery options (I'll probably brown bag it myself.)
   - Dinner: We'll put together a group pizza order compliments of the GMG. This is when we will hold our GMG membership meeting. Everyone welcome!

2. Get the word out to other designers and playtesters!

1. A folding table and tablecloths (if you can)--just in case we need more!

Event description from host:
The Wolf Crest Game Con is an event promoting all-ages table top gaming with a focus on board games. Individuals as well as groups are encouraged to come and play, meet other game-players, learn, teach, and enjoy a variety of games. A lending library of approximately 300 unique games will be available to play.
Omar's Bistro is onsite for food service.
