Bayesian Learning and Inference is a topic that can be overwhelming to those who have not seen it before. In this talk, I would like to outline a basic intuition behind the mathematics along with a couple of examples so that decision makers have a better understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of this approach and so that growing data professionals have a strong starting point if they want to learn more.
