In unseren Meetups geht es um die JTBD-Theorie (Jobs to Be Done) und wie man sie praktisch anwendet. Wir zeigen, wie man auf intelligente Weise die „Jobs to Be Done“ von Kunden findet. Dafür nutzen wir das Wheel of Progress®. Es ist ein cooles Werkzeug zur Erfassung und Visualisierung von "Kunden-Jobs" - Ziel ist, die Relevanz künftiger Angebote deines Unternehmens zu erhöhen. Die Entdeckung dieser neuen Bedürfnisse trägt signifikant dazu bei, den Innovationsprozess zu verbessern.
Anhand realer Fälle versuchen wir systematisch zu ermitteln, unter welchen Bedingungen Menschen dauerhaft von der aktuellen Lösung zu einem neuen Produkt oder einer neuen Dienstleistung wechseln. Our Meetups are about the JTBD theory (Jobs to Be Done) and how to apply it in the real world. We strive to keep you up-to-date on the most advanced ways in defining and validating your customers’ jobs-to-be-done. For example we will use the Wheel of Progress®, a modern tool for capturing and visualizing "customer jobs". The goal is to help you dramatically increase the relevance of your to be developed value propositions. The discovery of unmet needs significantly contributes to improving the innovation process outcome.
Using real-world cases, we systematically try to determine under which conditions people will long lastingly switch from the current solution to a new product or service. These insights are essential when it comes to improving existing services, developing new products and identifying new or larger markets.
