Remote work is not new to software people. Since COVID-19, however, even conservative workplaces adopted and allowed employees to work from home (or where ever your Wifi is). At this meetup, we want to share how work is like away from the office. What is your daily routine? How to get the most out of the video conferencing tools? Pair- or mob programming remotely - how do you set this up? Did you invest in extra hardware like microphones or better cameras? If yes, what works for you? Remote whiteboarding - is there anything useful?... These and many more questions will be discussed at the meetup using the Lean Coffee format. The good news is: you don't have to prepare anything.
