Es soll ja solche Meetings geben, bei denen ein paar wenige das gesamte Meeting dominieren. Oder Meetings, bei denen man sich große Ziele steckt und es kommt nicht viel dabei heraus und innerlich weiß jeder: "Das funktioniert doch eh nicht!". Oder Meetings, nach denen man sich denkt: "Na das war mal wieder reine Zeitverschwendung!". Vielleicht hast Du schon von solchen Meetings gehört.

Und gleichzeitig gibt es Meetings, bei denen alle involviert sind, alle gleichberechtigt auf Augenhöhe teilnehmen und die ganze Zeit hochkonzentriert mitarbeiten. Some say there are meetings where just a few dominate the whole meeting. Or that there are meetings where people set themselves ambitious goals and as a result not much comes out of it and deep inside people know “This will never work!”. Or meetings where people afterwards think “This was an absolute waste of time!”. Maybe you heard of those meetings.

And then there are these meetings, where everyone is involved, everyone participates at eye level and everyone contributes highly concentrated the whole time. Meetings where shared solutions are worked out and evaluated, strategies elaborated, new product ideas generated, and teams developed. And all this in a playful, creative and innovative manner!
