Workshop

What do our users think? And how to make them tell us? In this workshop, you will learn how to design a survey that will suit your needs and help you gather as much insight as possible.

It will be an interactive workshop where you'll work in groups. Please bring your laptop.

Olga is UX Researcher experienced in conducting interviews, surveys, card sorts, usability tests and audits for products used by millions of customers worldwide. Passionate about Chinese language and culture, combines her interests in UX and the Far East by focusing on cross-cultural aspects of usability and accessibility.
