Speakers:

Živilė Markevičiūtė
UI/UX designer at TIGNUM

She is a UI/UX designer at TIGNUM where she is responsible for visual design and user experience of different desktop and mobile products. Her career has been a mix of different design disciplines - from branding, illustration, animation to web and mobile experiences. She’s a minimalistic design lover, who believes that, both in form and in function, simplicity is the key to a delightful user experience. Curious person with a growth oriented mindset and a problem solving attitude.

Empathy in Design

Empathy is one of the key elements of a good design and delightful digital product. At the end of the day there are only two things that matter - if your product solved users problem and how it made them feel. What is empathy when it comes to digital products? How to be emphatic during the designing and testing processes? Because if you have no time to walk a mile in your user’s shoes, they won’t have patience nor interest in your product either.
