Talk: User Research in agile Teams
Agile product development and fast-paced iteration cycles demand specific requirements for user research. The more lean user research is, the better it needs to be planned and prepared. In her talk Carina will share some tried and tested principles that she developed while working as a user researcher in agile teams, as well as provide tips on how to make usability tests, surveys, diary studies and ethnographic research as lean as possible.
Carina is a Senior Design Researcher at Microsoft where she helps the team discover user needs and turn them into business opportunities. She has 6+ years of experience as a researcher in agile UX teams and created UX research principles that ensure efficient and high-quality user feedback.
