Background on our guest:

Our original plan was to have Wolfgang Richter presenting. Sadly, he cannot be there in person. Luckily his colleagues Christoph Schmied (CLP) and Helmut Steineder (CLP) will be there in his place. Christoph was involved in the transition at Merkur Versicherung as well, so we still have first hand experience available. Helmut (coach and technical lead) will also be available to answer questions.
