We will discuss the insights given by researcher Richard Hackman about building effective teams in his book "Leading Teams: Setting the Stage for Great Performances" and also include other research, e.g. from Google's Project Aristotle.
Agenda:
- Connecting participants, sharing stories of effective teams
- Elisabeth Liberda (Valtech GmbH) will give a 20 minute talk about insights from Richard Hackman and other research.
- Group exercise and joint discussion on the "5 Keys to Successful Teams"
- Harvest ideas what you can do at work (individually)
