We will discuss the insights given by researcher Richard Hackman about building effective teams in his book "Leading Teams: Setting the Stage for Great Performances" and also include other research, e.g. from Google's Project Aristotle.

Agenda:

  1. Connecting participants, sharing stories of effective teams
  2. Elisabeth Liberda (Valtech GmbH) will give a 20 minute talk about insights from Richard Hackman and other research.
  3. Group exercise and joint discussion on the "5 Keys to Successful Teams"
  4. Harvest ideas what you can do at work (individually)
