Launching the Global EdTech Startups Awards

We are delighted to be launching the Global EdTech Startups Awards – a new initiative led by a group of leading education innovation organizations from across the world including MindCET (http://www.mindcet.org/en/), Socratic Labs (http://www.socraticlabs.com/), The Education Foundation (http://www.ednfoundation.org/) and PAU Education (http://paueducation.com/en/).

The Awards will identify, showcase and recognise the world's most promising EdTech startups for 2014 as well as celebrate the work of 'ecosystem building' EdTech accelerators that are part of the innovative "EdTech Passport" programme.

The awards will launch at BETT and ask people and organisations to nominate the most innovative startups over a period of 3 months, ahead of being awarded Global Edtech Startup Awards from a panel of expert judges in the Spring of 2014.

We are launching the Awards at the BETT School Leaders Summit on January, 23rd 2014. Details of the nomination process and partner organisations are available on the website http://www.globaledtechawards.org
