So we're all in Munich, going to the Gym or doing workouts on our own, wanting to shed weight or put on some nice muscle. Maybe we need somebody to help stay motivated, achieve goals or partner with us in the Gym? Or maybe we want to start doing this whole fitness-nutrition thing but don't know how to approach it best?
