Our sound rituals are a unique and interactive experience. We open with shamanic drumming and breathwork, before exploring our voices in collective OM’ing and vocal toning with a drone instrument called a shrutibox, we'll then ease you into an introspective crystal bowl meditation with the option for 1 on 1 energy healing. In closing, we guide you back with the shrutibox and om’ing, and finish with light somatic movement to balance and re-energize the body.

Singing and humming is optional but encouraged. You don't have to be a great or even good singer to participate.This is not a performance. The voice heals the body by stimulating the vagus nerve, inducing relaxation and calm. Allowing yourself the freedom to hum or sing along increases your internal vibration and makes you an active participant in your healing journey.

Please bring your own nest and dress for warmth and comfort. Feel free to bring anything that may enhance this relaxation and connection experience like stuffies, crystals, cards, journals, etc.
