Scrumtisch Aachen: "Lean UX"

If you’re struggling to ship winning user experience with Agile development methods, Lean UX could be a helpful framework to obtain creative ideation, planning and problem-solving without heavy deliverable baggage. Get an idea of the principle behind this framework, how to drive visions with outcomes and which organizational changes are needed to get the most benefit from working this way.
