Masculine and Feminine Polarity Weekend Workshop Next weekend: Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th February, Zürich We all have an inner Masculine and an inner Feminine, and this has nothing do with gender. Both our Masculine and Feminine have mature and immature expressions: as well as heathy and unhealthy, shadow, and integrated ones. In this weekend introduction we will explore these expressions through our three main bodies, learning how to use both polarity and duality for our own evolution. Mental body: Working with the four maps to understand our relationship to different polarities and how we can move from unconscious reactive behaviour into conscious proactive behaviour. Identifying where we are on the maps, what triggers us, and exploring our relationships - with ourselves - with our parents and children (the archetypal Mother, Father and Child) - with our friends, and colleagues - in our partnerships Developing clear intentions for how our lives will change, and knowing that we will have learned a simple and effective framework for navigating polarity. One that we can always fall back on if unconscious reactive behaviours return. Once learnt, all we needed to practice is one map, the size of an A4 piece of paper. Emotional body: Through breathing techniques we learn how to access the emotional body. Including emotional information into our day-to-day life means we make better integrated decisions, have clearer access to our intuition, and don’t store new negative energies and traumas in the body. We will also learn how to feel our emotions more clearly and use them to raise our vibration. Physical body: Learning how to use the Masculine and Feminine energetic pathways in our bodies and simple techniques to release traumas and emotional/mental patterns. Exploring different ways to breathe that allow conscious awareness to move between the physical, emotional, and mental bodies. Each body gives us access to different information and intelligences that can enrich our lives. The physical body is accessed through a set of simple exercises that allows energy to move through us: relaxing the nervous system, releasing old energy, heightening our vibration, and improving our wellbeing. Workshop is in English, lead by Elliott Saxby Therapist and bodyworker who works with Kundalini energy, energetic imbalances and trauma. He qualified as a therapist in 2012 and has been developing his own unique approach to body, breath and energy work since then. Kundalini Energy and Bodywork Weekend Introduction

Kundalini Energy and Bodywork Weekend Introduction Saturday 6th to Sunday 7th April OR Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th September In this weekend workshop we will learn various breathing and shaking techniques that allow us to clear our Sushumna (pathway of Kundalini) and energy body. We will look at the fundamentals of breath and learn how to release negative emotions from our bodies while opening up our energetic pathways, through a mixture of theory, practice, and partner exercises. We will also look at some of our mental patterns and blocks as well as our energetic and emotional ones. This is NOT a weekend of Pranayama or Yoga. Elliott has developed his own unique style to energetic bodywork and body de-armouring and we will be learning some of his key points over the weekend. How to move energy through our own bodies as a way to self heal. And also practicing to move energy through each other in partner work. M&F Polarity Work. Ending depression and anti-depressants

Masculine and Feminine Polarity Work — Ending depression and coming off anti-depressants. Eight evening sessions over approximately ten weeks. When we take medication for one illness it can often be needed at the time, but the medication in itself changes our brain chemistry and can create an addiction and second illness. Once we cure our original problem, for example: depression. When we come off the medication we may then feel depressed again and go back on it. But often it is not our psychology or natural brain chemistry that is the problem, but the medication itself. By learning how to and energise and stimulate our own glands with simple breathing practices and clear intentions we can reduce medications, such as antidepressants as we rebalance our own brain chemistry, while coming off any medication. We can also use these same breathing, energy and body practices to help us take trauma out of the body. Trauma that often creates the emotional imbalances that lead to the psychological illnesses and depression in the first place. This 10 week course includes: - Eight three hour evening sessions in a small group maximum of 12 participants. - The basics of Masculine Feminine Polarity work, using the maps to gain fresh insights and perspectives for life. - Shaking, breathing, and self bodywork to release trauma, emotions and change our brain chemistry. - Creating clear intentions for each participant. - Light email support during and after the course. Optional: - Work sheets for breathing and body exercise to practice at home. - On-line Facebook group to keep each other motivated during and after the course. - Private body work sessions with Elliott at 20% reduction for the first 3 sessions (reduction valid 6 months from the course start date). Feeling depressed and considering medication, or just generally interested in the course for their all round health. No medical or advice about medication is given, and it is participants own responsibility to communicate with their doctor before reducing medication. Everybody is different but as a general rule, starting these breathing and movement practices before adverse symptoms occurs is best. Starting because adverse withdrawal symptoms have arisen is not advisable, and you should consult your Doctor. The workshop and all communication is in English. Basic English is needed and informal translation of larger words and concepts is encouraged during the sessions. It is best to commit to and attend all 8 sessions, but if for unforeseen circumstances you do miss a session you will be emailed and invited to come slightly earlier to the next session to catch up.
