WHAT IS "BOOTY BOOT-CAMP? Free 1 hour outdoor fitness sessions. (Donations are more than welcome & much appreciated) 

- High intensity interval training: burn fat, build muscle! 

- Focused on Abs, legs & of course BOOTY! 

- Fun and always different. FOR WHO? - Everyone : ALL fitness levels welcome! 


**Always outside (there will be no boot-camp on rainy days)

from there we will walk/run/jog to different near by locations.

 **Saturdays and Sundays - Flexible times, depending on how many people want to come and when.

3. Awesome! - I will ask you some questions about your fitness level, injuries, what kinds of exercises you like and don't like etc. If I don't know you're coming - I can't customize the boot-camp. That's it!

I am a fitness enthusiast - I love to be outside and I training with other people. I decided to start this page because I am new in Switzerland and I hope to use these boot-camps as a fun, productive way to meet new people and share my passion for running around outside. I very much enjoy teaching people about fitness and being there to motivate someone to push their limits and achieve their goals. 

You have nothing to loose by coming out, because participation is donation based, and you can stop at any point during the training. I encourage you to take everything at your own pace - it's not about being better than anyone else, it's about being the best you can be. 

I am NOT a certified fitness trainer or health practitioner. Fitness is a hobby and all my knowledge is based on my own personal research and experience. I am happy to share with you what I know, but I wont have the answer for everything. I also cannot take responsibility for your safety - Participation should be challenging but most of all FUN, so if you experience pain, dizziness or sickness at any point PLEASE STOP right away (and preferably let me know before it gets to this point!).
