As employee number 2, Jonas not only built up Personio’s Customer Success organization from scratch but significantly contributed to Personio's culture and overall development. Today, Customer Success is one of Personio’s largest department, truly living our operating principle “Customers first”. Jonas leads multiple teams in the area of implementation, service, content and growth. Prior to Personio, Jonas has studied Geography and Business Administration in Munich and at UC Berkeley. He also holds a Technology Management Degree from the CDTM.
