(7:30p arrival to give time for parking, walking to beach, & setting up...class starts promptly at 7:45p)📍WHERE: On the sand between W Great Neck Rd & Delta Hotel, weather permitting
🧘♂️WHO: Beginners or those with a beginner's mind…all bodies welcome…no flexibility or experience required
💸COST: Love exchange of $10-$20
(cash on site or Venmo @vibrantwithvic...pay less or more, as you are able)🎒BRING:
☞Yoga mat AND a large beach towel...OR 2 large beach towels
☞A water bottle (a bigger one can be used as a prop, too)
☞Layers of clothing (as your temperature might change during your practice)
☞Anything else to support your practice
