I‘ll provide you with all my knowledge that I gained about the handstand in my journey of more than 7 years and offer a well rounded class that supports your current level. If you are a total beginner you’ll learn all the infos that you need to start in a healthy way without injuring yourself ⚠️
Language will be german or english depending on the people joining :)
It will take place at Sporthalle Wien and afterwards there will be a acroyoga jam session free for those that attend the workshop :).
