The agile-culture change is gaining speed and it seems it will keep us busy for quite some time in the future. The world of classic and agile is colliding every day creating friction and challenges on the one hand but great success stories and new paths on the other.
We urgently want to discuss some topics with you that we stumble upon in our adventures in large companies across the globe. Let’s exchange experiences, opinions and insights to make the large industries a bit more agile!

Agile meets ASPICE - How to get the best out of these two worlds...
More and more suppliers are striving for an agile, scaled organizational structure, but at the same time are faced with the introduction of ASPICE-compliant processes.
Stefan and Thorge will show how this supposed contradiction can be reconciled and which factors have to be considered in the combined implementation.

Risk Management (RM) of big agile projects
How to handle risks especially in large scaled agile projects? Is Risk Management sufficiently incorporated in agile frameworks? Do we need that at all? How to integrate RM without administrative overkill? Alex and Martina will take you through their experiences and raise some hypothesis to that regard.
